Welcoming More Neighbors to Landis Homes East Campus
Enriching AT LANDIS HOMES Lives, Together
SPACIOUS LIVING OPTIONS WITH A VIEW OF NATURE
N
ew neighbors will enjoy the Gardens, featuring several living choices, and views overlooking beautifully restored
natural wetlands and Lancaster County farms. Homes in the Gardens will be constructed in several styles, ranging from 1,094 to 1,629 square feet. Each home will have abundant windows and a private garage, many of which will accommodate two cars or a car and a golf cart. Situated on the easternmost edge of campus near the barn and farmhouse, the design of the neighborhood reflects the surrounding area. Interest for the Gardens has been high, with nearly 60 names on the priority list for the 35 homes. If approved, site-work could begin in fall 2024, with move-ins scheduled as early as late summer 2025.
FUTURE PLANS
Te Meadows, four buildings containing 13 hybrid homes each, will be located across from the Gardens on the western edge of the wetlands. Construction dates for the Meadows have not yet been determined.
