Opening of Cardiff Office


Our presence in South Wales has been steadily growing over recent years, with our teams advising a number of clients including Aviva, XLB Property and Threadneedle Investment Fund on acquisitions and disposals across the region. We have also been instrumental in the development of a landmark waterfront project; Capital Waterside in Cardiff Bay. From destination development advice, project and building consultancy, through to investment property management, we have helped to transform the ‘Tiger Bay’ docks into one of Europe’s most exiting waterfront developments.


We believe the time is right to build on our success and the further potential Cardiff presents as one the UK’s major regional commercial centres. Although small, having an office in the Welsh capital creates huge opportunity for us to further enhance our existing client relationships and generate new ones as we continue to establish our business in this important regional market. We intend to grow our presence in Cardiff organically over time; a strategy which has proved successful in other regional cities such as Liverpool.


Our new Cardiff base can be found on the third floor of Capital Tower, in the centre of Cardiff.
