store for London’s Oxford Street


Colliers’ London Retail Agency has been appointed to lease a new flagship retail store in one of the most prime locations on London’s Oxford Street.


Hines UK’s Oxbourne House development at 345 Oxford Street is immediately opposite Bond Street Station and wraps around its station’s Marylebone Lane entrance. The station will be one of the key stations for the Elizabeth Line which is expected to bring around 90m additional visitors to the West End. The project will include a 5,170 sq ft double-height store with completion scheduled for next summer.
