Eccleston Yards fully let
The Eccleston Yards development by Grosvenor is now fully let. An eclectic mix of repurposed buildings in London’s Victoria, the project has attracted a vibrant mix of fashion, food, fitness and business.
The scheme is now home to fashion brands, 50M; Tailor Made London; and a new Colombian coffee concept, Morena as well as the Bâtonnage Wine Shop & Bar; and the Wild by Tart restaurant. It is also the base for a range of businesses who use the Central Working co-working centre.
Sasha Riddle of Colliers’ London Retail Agency team – which advised on the leasing of the scheme – comments: “Grosvenor has created a very special ambience at Eccleston Yards which has also become something of a wellness destination through lettings to Barry’s Bootcamp, Hotpod Yoga, Re:Mind meditation studio and London Cryo.
“It’s an object lesson in how to breathe life into what was a redundant group of urban buildings”.

Carnaby debut for Timberland
Timberland is opening a new London flagship store at 5-7 Carnaby Street.
The VF Corporation brand has taken a 10-year lease on the 4,488 sq ft store which will open in late November.
David Carlsson of Colliers’ London Retail Agency team – which advised Carnaby owner, Shaftesbury, on the letting – commented: “This is going to be a tremendous addition to Carnaby and will reflect VF’s huge commitment to sustainability.
“Because research shows that people are 300% more likely to keep a fashion item that they have input in creating, the store will feature a ‘design your own shoe’ facility. There are also plans for shoppers to get a ‘part-exchange’ discount if they bring in old footwear and buy a new Timberland product.”
