The 2023 CAI-OC Expo & Symposium

Every year, property managers, business partners, and board members from across Orange Country gather at the Annual CAI- OC Expo & Symposium, a remarkable event that continues to grow in both size and signifi cance. This unique gathering has become a cornerstone of the community association management industry, offering a platform for networking, education, and inspiration. At its heart, the event is all about celebrating the power of unity within the community of professionals who serve associations.
The CAI-OC Expo & Symposium is a testament to the idea that together, we can achieve more. It is an occasion where professionals come together to share insights, exchange experiences, and collectively fi nd solutions to the complex challenges faced by property managers and board members in the realm of community associations.
A striking feature of the Expo & Symposium this year was its innovative decor. The exhibition ballroom was transformed into a vibrant representation of a community, complete with homes, streets, street signs, clouds, bubbles, wagons, ice cream carts, etc. This creative approach served as a visual metaphor for the theme of unity and collaboration. Attendees were immersed in an environment that symbolized the collective effort of professionals working together to build strong, harmonious communities.
