For residents living in a community governed by a homeowner’s association, many may be familiar with some maintenance activities managed by the community such as exterior building painting. While the paint on the buildings may look fine, it still may be time to update the paint coverage of metal, wood, and other building material before wood rots, peeling begins, wood replacement is required, or metals such as garage doors require additional work to repaint.
