My husband is a fanatic about all things technology. He subscribes to the podcasts, reads the articles, and (horror of horrors) listens to the radio shows about them. When he finds something particularly innovative, he does his best to engage me. I will not attempt to explain the number of conversations we had about Crypto and NFTs during the pandemic. A while back, he told me about AI tools that I could potentially use at the office to optimize quality and efficiency. He carried on about Chat GPT and how AI is able to create documents, articles, instructional guides, and even soften the tone of emails (which he thought I should be particularly interested in, given my office nickname of “Bull Dog”). I only half-listened because CID management, often limited by archaic Civil Code provisions, is notoriously unable to utilize most modern technological luxuries.
This year I set an intention to go back to the basics, service- wise. When my colleagues and I reflect on the service concerns we have heard as supervisors over the years, at various companies, we find that the fundamental issue is more than
