o Continue pushing the event through marketing o Local news feeds and articles: include logo, event graphic, photos from previous years, partners, example of activities, text
• Third/Fourth Week (depending on event date): o Final email about event to all partners o Any last minute reminders
Week of Event
• Purchase snacks for program partners offering events • Make sure to have all materials for activities • Create all signage for event to get people to the right place • Finalize outreach table and materials for your organization so event attendees can learn more about what you do
• Confirm volunteer support and duties • Create system to track number of participants and collect email addresses • Reminder email to all partners
o BYO table and chairs or are they provided o Location o Confirm raffle items (ask local companies) o Confirm all necessary paperwork with host organization (if applicable)
Post-event Activities • Thank you email to participating partners; include a Google form to solicit feedback about the event
• Post photos on various social media platforms • Wrap-up video • Press coverage • Share testimonial(s) with donors or partners
