THE DESTINATION


In the Alpine village of Leogang, an hour’s drive from Salzburg, a 400-year-old forestry station now houses five-star Naturhotel Forsthofgut, a collection of stylish wood-and-glass buildings created by the Schmuck family, in its fifth generation at the helm. Outside, there are forest yoga platforms, riding stables and a natural swimming lake with a floating Finnish sauna. Enjoy onsen baths in the adults-only waldSPA Lake House, as well as exceptional cuisine.
