The spacious rooms, many with soaring ceilings, retain period-specific details while introducing thoughtful touches of modern refinement. Throughout the property, warm pastel tones
create a calming palette, while the use of marble, ceramic surfaces and intricate tile mosaics enhances the building’s authenticity. Handcrafted ceiling motifs in the lobby and selected
rooms draw the eye upward, adding a sense of timeless grandeur. Casa Foscolo’s walls double as exhibition
spaces, displaying pieces from Vargı’s personal art collection alongside commissioned works that echo the building’s architecture. An on-site gallery and a ground-floor outpost of the independent bookstore Minoa further embed the property within Beyoğlu’s creative community, making it a natural meeting point for artists, readers and travellers alike. The building’s neoclassical facade, restored
with brick and travertine stone, reflects the care and craftsmanship poured into its revival. Doors and windows have been restored to their original elegance, celebrating history while opening the space to new stories. Crowning the building is a rooftop bar that offers
