Es Saadi, meaning ‘the blessed one’, was founded in 1952 by the artist and visionary Jean Bauchet with his wife, owners of the iconic Moulin Rouge and Casino de Paris. For three generations, the Bauchet-Bouhlal family have passionately curated this legendary resort, maintaining an unwavering dedication to excellence.
