The two chlorine-free infinity pools are purified using copper ionisation, and collected rainwater also supplies the greywater system, irrigating the flourishing gardens and much of the organic produce served at the resort’s dining venues, Mesa and Vista. Guests are welcomed into spacious studios and duplex suites, all with
breathtaking views. Interiors feature recycled teak, while ceilings are built from recyclable, mould- resistant aluminium. The exterior, made from locally sourced stone, blends into the landscape. But Coulibri Ridge is far more than a showcase
