aving opened its doors on 15 April, XO Cape Arnna marks the grand debut of XO
Collection, a visionary new Turkish hospitality brand launched by the founders of Liberty Hospitality. Merging sophisticated elegance with all-inclusive ease, XO Cape Arnna introduces a new era of upscale resort living on the Turkish Riviera. Located on the outskirts of Fethiye,
a naturally sheltered harbour town along the Turquoise Coast, XO Cape Arnna spans an impressive 100,000sq metres and offers 530 guest rooms across two distinct resort expe- riences: Te Club, an adults-only sanctuary; and Te Resort, a vibrant escape for families.
A dual concept in luxury hospitality Te Club is an adults-only retreat featuring 143 rooms and suites, many with private pools and outdoor hot tubs. Two expansive penthouse suites offer private step-in pools and pano- ramic balconies with sea views, one featuring a private sauna. Te Club includes dedicated adult-only pools, exclusive lounges, and private beach- front cabanas, creating an atmos- phere of refined tranquility. Te Resort caters to families with
373 spacious guest rooms and suites, including 147 two-bedroom accom- modations. Signature offerings include Grand Family Suites and swim-up XO Suites, ranging from 100 to 140sq metres with sea views. Guests enjoy direct access to a child-friendly beach,
a splash park, a water park with six thrilling slides and a Kids’ Club with zones tailored for ages two to 18.
Elevated dining at XO Gastro XO Cape Arnna features 17 restau- rants and bars that blend fine dining with casual favourites. Guests can indulge in Mediterranean, Asian and Turkish cuisine, as well as vegan and gluten-free options. Seasons by XO Gastro offers a mix of à la carte and buffet dishes inspired by Fethiye’s culinary traditions, while Sun Tzu presents pan-Asian flavours with sushi and sashimi. Four diverse bars, including the elegant Rose Room and the experimental Alchemy Lab, offer curated cocktails and social spaces.
Mediterranean-inspired design Designed with contemporary Mediterranean aesthetics, the resort blends sleek minimalism with natural elements. Earthy tones, rust reds, rich woods and stone-style bathrooms define the interiors, while exteriors subtly reference 1970s design. All rooms include luxury amenities such as LED TVs, capsule coffee machines and plush robes. Te Club and Resort each offer dedicated design touches to suit their adult or family-orientated experiences.
Experiences, wellness & entertainment Te resort offers an extensive programme of activities and expe- riences for all ages. Te Kids’ Club features creative play zones, STEM activities and a digital gaming lounge
with a DJ studio and animation tools. Adults can enjoy yoga, Pilates, padel tennis, martial arts or one-on-one PT sessions. Te state-of-the-art spa includes
traditional Turkish hammams, a bio sauna, steam and salt rooms, an igloo room and massage therapies, including Tai and ayurvedic treat- ments. Te on-site Sailing Academy, diving and watersports further enhance the experience. Day-to-night
