Midcoast Aviation announces the appointment of Skip Madsen


as vice president of maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO). In his new func- tion he is responsible for MRO sales and services at the company’s headquarters in St. Louis and its satellites in Boston/Bed- ford, Chicago, Palm Beach and Teterboro, as well as Savannah Air Center. Madsen joined Midcoast Aviation in 2007 and has nearly 30 years of aviation industry experience.

Midcoast Aviation has appointed Skip Madsen as vice president MRO in North America. Madsen now heads the combined MRO sales and service team at the company’s six locations and reports to Midcoast Aviation president Don Petersen.


The second generation bearing the well known family moniker is now making a name for himself at The Hammonds Companies: Jeff Hammonds has been appointed as general manager for the Houston-based company.


“Jeff has put in nearly two decades


of hard work here at the company,” says Carl Hammonds, company founder, president and proud father. “His years of service have primed him to take over this key position.”
