annually to one small, one large, and one public sector employer in the state. Recipients demonstrate the greatest support to Guard and Reserve employees through their leadership and practices, including adopting personnel policies that make it easier for employees who serve in the National Guard and Reserve. CSI has a reputation for supporting the military and maintaining a strong commitment to its active duty and veteran employees. In fact, CSI won its fi rst Pro Patria Award in 2014 and is also a fi nalist for the 2017 Freedom Award, the highest recognition given by the U.S. government to employers for their support of their employees who serve in the National Guard and Reserve. Also in 2014, the company was recognized by the Military Times in its annual “Best for Vets: Employers” list along with 58 other companies across the country, including


large corporations like Verizon and Capital One. “Our employees that serve in the National Guard are


incredibly valuable and important to the success of CSI. We’re honored that their unique contributions to the company are recognized by the Pro Patria Award,” says Allen Weh, CEO of CSI Aviation and one of the 18 vets on CSI’s 50 member team. “It is also a huge honor to be able to support these employees and their families.”
