Just You and Travelsphere create trade sales team

Escorted touring sister brands Travelsphere and Just You have created a specialist team to handle the rising number of bookings from travel agents.

The dedicated team has

been created from staff already working in the contact centre, who have received extra training to handle calls from trade partners. Alastair Campbell, managing

director, said travel trade growth of Just You and Travelsphere was “unprecedented”. “It makes sense for us to have a

team dedicated to supporting our trade partners,” he said. “We value our trade partners and will support them every step of the way.” The team’s creation follows

expansion of other trade-related roles over the past year. The number of key account managers, who go out on the road meeting agents, has grown from three to six, while two trade marketers have also been recruited.
