The competition is open from 20th December 2019 - 2nd March 2020.
1. Entries must be completed by submitting your booking references via SurveyMonkey. Should you encounter any technical issues please email these details to
academy@princesscruises.co.uk. 2. All entries will be received by the Princess UK Sales Team and a random draw will take place by the Princess UK Sales Team with results announced by 15th March 2020 via the email registered with your entry. 3. All entrants must have made the booking themselves and will be subject to verifi cation with your employer. 4. By submitting an entry, entrants grant Princess Cruises a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual right to publish their names in whole or in part on the Princess Cruises website, in online advertising banners to be placed on other websites and in trade press and entrants agree that such permission may not be revoked at any time in the future. No fees will be payable for any of these uses. While Princess Cruises makes every eff ort to credit entrants, Princess Cruises cannot guarantee that posts will be credited on every occasion.
5. Successful agents will be selected at the discretion of Princess Cruises UK. Should the winner be unable to attend the event on the selected date, you will have to forfeit your place which will then be re-allocated to another lucky winner.
6. The competition is open to travel trade employees whose employing travel agency has a registered ABTA number. To be eligible to enter the competition, you must be employed by your ABTA registered agency (or equivalent Republic of Ireland association) between 20th December 2019 - 2nd March 2020.
7. One booking reference equals one entry. Should you make a second or third booking, please enter these separately onto the SurveyMonkey link.
8. Winners will be notifi ed by 15th March 2020. 9. The decision of the promoter will be fi nal and no correspondence will be entered into. No cash alternative will be off ered and the prizes are non-transferable. The promoter reserves the right to substitute or amend prizes after they have been awarded.
10. Entrants agree as a condition of entry that if they win, their details (such as name and travel agency) may be published on OneSourceCruises, on social media and in trade press if required. 11. Acceptance of the prize by the winner is subject to the HR policy of the winner’s employer and the winner must have his or her line manager’s approval to be able to accept the prize. If the winner subsequently becomes subject to disciplinary action, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw any prize upon request of the winner’s employer. In the event income tax and/or national insurance liability arises in respect of the prize, this must be paid by the winning employee and it is a condition of accepting the prize that entrants agree they will be liable for this.
12. Entrants into the competition must take note of the legal age requirements for boarding and certain activities onboard. Entrants must be 18 years or above to enter this competition. The legal age for alcohol consumption and gambling onboard Princess Cruises vessels in Europe is 18 years and over. Princess reserves the right to request proof of age.
13. No employees of Carnival UK are eligible to enter this competition. 14. The promoter is Carnival plc trading as ‘Princess Cruises - UK’ - Carnival House, 100 Harbour Parade, Southampton, SO15 1ST. 15. The promoter reserves the right to amend any dates/deadlines at their discretion. 16. The prize will include an overnight stay onboard Enchanted Princess for her inaugural celebrations in Southampton in a shared balcony stateroom of the same gender and where possible the same agency. Princess Cruises will cover the cost of gratuities and some onboard activities as part of the event agenda to be announced in early 2020. Personal expenditure and travel to/from Southampton will be at the winners own expense. Inclusions and dates are subject to change at the discretion of the promoter. 17. All prizes are non refundable or exchangeable.
