Railtrail gets on track for every month of the year
Railtrail Tours features 13 new tours spanning every month in a ‘4 Seasons with Railtrail’ 2018- 19 brochure. Three tours are in autumn, eight in winter and the festive period, and two next spring. Some 2019 summer tours can be booked at 2018 prices if booked by August 31.

Cook and tourist board aim to put Sanya on map

Thomas Cook has released a programme of package holidays to the Chinese tropical beach resort of Sanya on Hainan island.
The introduction of Sanya coincides with the launch of direct flights last week from Heathrow to Sanya Phoenix airport with China Southern Airlines. Cook is offering five beachfront
hotels in Yalong Bay, Sanya Bay and Haitong Bay from November.

A nine-night B&B stay at the Pullman Sanya Bay Seaside Resort Hotel starts at £799 per person based on two sharing and from £975 for a family of four, both based on November departures. The packages will be available

follows a strategic partnership between Thomas Cook Group and Hainan Provincial Tourism Development Commission to promote and develop Sanya into an international tourist destination. Jetset redesigns Package Pal with a ‘cutting-edge’ look
Jetset has revealed a new look for its dynamic packaging tool Package Pal. The portal, launched in 2011, retains the same functionality but has been redesigned with a “modern, cutting-edge” look. Jetset said Package Pal accounts
for between 100-150 bookings a day, and sales through the portal are up 35% this year on 2017. Sales director Adrian Smyth
