15 MARCH 2018 STEEL CUTTING Regent Seven Seas Cruises® announced that start of construction of Seven Seas Splendor™. In a ceremony held at the Fincantieri shipyard in Italy, executives ignited the cutting torch to shape the first plate of steel. The new 750-guest ship will join its fleet, in pursuit of the ultimate achievement, perfection.
