Ocean Cruises Sales Team Leader
Are you an energetic person who can take responsibility for developing and coaching a team of up to 10 Specialist Cruise Consultants? Can you ensure the highest standard of customer service is maintained, and that KPIs are met? Are you able to increase team conversion through coaching and feedback? If you are an experienced Sales Team Leader with a positive attitude and a pro-active approach, we’d love to hear from you.
Guest Services Executive
Are you a people person who is an expert at responding to customers in exactly the right way? Do you have a great telephone manner and letter- writing skills? Can you work well under pressure, in a busy team? If you are someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service, you’re just the person we are looking for.
Offline Marketing Executive
Are you a talented marketer with at least two years’ experience in Direct Marketing? Can you take responsibility for producing high quality, results-driven DM campaigns? Are you able to write copy and brief design agencies? Do you have brilliant proofreading and editing skills? Can you meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure?
