Line adds AmaLucia and four itineraries to 2021 programme

Luxury river line AmaWaterways has added four seven-night itineraries to its 2021 programme. Also new to the programme


is the 156-passenger AmaLucia, which will sail its maiden voyage on March 16, 2021. Te vessel will feature cabins


with twin balconies, connecting staterooms and speciality restaurant Te Chef’s Table. Prices for the seven-night Rhine


and Moselle Splendours cruise on AmaLucia, departing on November 16, 2021, start at £1,535. Te four new itineraries are:


Impressions of the Seine & Paris; Essence of Burgundy & Provence; Rhine Castles & Swiss Alps; and Best of Holland & Belgium. Prices for the Impressions of


the Seine & Paris sailing, departing Paris on April 8, 2021, lead in at £2,246. Ports of call include Vernon, Rouen, Caudebec-en-Caux and Le Havre.


An extension in the Champagne


region of France has been added to allow passengers to take vineyard tours. It is offered as an add-on to the Europe’s Rivers & Castles, Rhine & Moselle Splendours and Vineyards of the Rhine & Moselle cruises. Meanwhile, the line has


unveiled AmaAcademy, an online training programme. It forms part


of the line’s agent portal, which also features an online booking engine and marketing collateral, including a social media toolkit. Every agent who successfully
