The turn of a new year is always a time of excitement, and for the travel industry it is also a time of great opportunity to turn customers’ holiday dreams into the reality of peak period bookings. For more than four decades, the Travel Weekly Globe


Travel Awards have given the travel trade the chance to celebrate the partnerships that underpin the industry and look forward to the year ahead in spectacular style. And after a devastating two years, the Globes – set to take place on January 13, 2022 – are perhaps the most hotly anticipated in the event’s history. Turning back the clock to January 2020, nobody


present at London’s Grosvenor House hotel could have foreseen the events that would unfold over the months that would follow.

forced to cope with unprecedented challenges, dealing with an ever-changing landscape against a backdrop of immense personal and professional stress. It is precisely these values that we will celebrate at the 2022 Globes – and we need your help to do it.
