Both agencies are now reviewing their needs and assessing which elements of Vertical Systems’ technology range they would like installed. They have been offered VCruise, a white-label website with a customised contact number and email address for cruise enquiries; VSearch, to search and book dynamic packages; VPay, to manage payments online; and Manage My Booking, which allows clients to view their booking, pay balances and download itinerary information.
