Oceania unveils portal for UK trade Harry Kemble

harry.kemble@ travelweekly.co.uk

Oceania Cruises has launched a portal for UK agents offering online training, customisable marketing material and agent rewards.

The Travel Partnership Hub includes two new trade initiatives: the rewards scheme OLife Choice Rewards and online training platform Recipe for Success. Also featured on the hub is the

Marketing Portal, the “one-stop shop” marketing tool launched by Oceania earlier this year. OLife Choice Rewards and

Recipe for Success both launched last week. OLife Choice Rewards gives

travel partners points based on confirmed bookings. The number of points earned will depend on the grade of stateroom or suite. Points can be transferred into

AGENT HUB: The Recipe for Success training platform, part of Oceania Cruises’ new Travel Partnership Hub

their confirmed bookings and exchange their points for vouchers worth £25 or £50 through the website or app, with Oceania paying national insurance contributions on all vouchers earned. Recipe for Success features

vouchers that can be used online at Amazon, John Lewis and healthy food retailer Yumbles. Travel professionals can register

for OLife Choice Rewards – the line’s first year-round UK reward scheme – at oceaniarewards.com. Agents who sign up can register

seven modules. The programme provides training for both agents who have sold Oceania for years and those who have not. Modules take around 10

minutes to complete and include a short quiz. Upon completing all seven modules, agents receive points to go towards their OLife Choice

Rewards totals. oceaniarewards.com
