Food tours company to pay agents 12%
Lip Smacking Foodie Tours has started paying agents commission on its four culinary walking tours of Las Vegas. The tours visit three or four restaurants, offering 10 to 12 signature dishes and a welcome from the chefs. Agents can earn 12% commission on the tours, which range in price from $125 to $299.

Funway launches expanded July special-offers brochure

US and Caribbean specialist Funway Holidays has published an expanded July ‘deals’ brochure. Te Departures brochure features a range of special
offers across the US, Caribbean and Mexico, which must be booked by July 31. Te operator’s on-the-road sales team will push
the deals to agents, backed up by promotion on social media. Te brochure, which has more than 60 offers,
features a new City & Beach Escapes section with a round-up of the operator’s top ‘mix and match’ twin-centre holidays such as Las Vegas and Cancun, New York and Barbados, Orlando and Jamaica, and New York and Toronto. Funway has already reported strong growth in

Norwegian unveils nine routes from Gatwick to US for summer 2020
Low-cost carrier Norwegian has announced flights from Gatwick to nine US cities in the first phase of its summer 2020 schedule. A Boeing 787 Dreamliner will fly to New York, Boston, Orlando, Tampa, Denver, Miami, Austin, San Francisco and Los Angeles from March 29 to June 15. One-way fares to Boston and New York start at £157.
