Ibiza resort 7Pines introduces new health and wellbeing experiences
7Pines Resort Ibiza has reopened for the season with a range of new health and wellbeing experiences. The property will host the third edition of its Wellness Master programme this
summer, welcoming specialist practitioners such as renowned wellness therapist Shambala Wegner and French model, TV personality and Rymaste Yoga founder, Fanny Veyrac, for a series of week-long residencies. The resort will also run two new retreats: Origen Retreat on June 1-4, which costs €2,200, and Performance Retreat on September 14-17, which starts from €2,340 – both based on single occupancy. The former will focus on Ibiza’s heritage, culture and traditions, with activities including Nidra meditation and Afro-Rhythm sessions. The latter will be centred around nature and movement, featuring mountain hikes and water Pilates.

The spa and wellness offering on board Scenic Eclipse has been updated ahead of the vessel’s Mediterranean summer season, in order for it to align with sister ship Scenic Eclipse II. Enhancements at the Senses Spa include a new relaxation room with ocean views, infrared sauna seats, three salt therapy loungers and three heated loungers. Scenic has also installed a
separate women’s sauna and a nail station, while an updated yoga and Pilates studio (pictured) features new Pilates reformer machines. The layout
and furnishings of the Yacht Club restaurant have also been refreshed.

What were the key highlights of your stay? The main one was the daily four-part treatment; a Hydro- aromatherapy bath, a Phyto-mud treatment, a Hyrdro-jet treatment and a Chenot energetic massage.
How did you feel when you returned home? Truly amazing. I felt totally refreshed and the healthiest I had felt in years. I understand now why people add an annual wellness trip to their calendars.
Did you learn anything new about yourself whilst you were there? As a busy mum who works full time, I learnt that taking time out for myself really helps those around me too.
Who would you recommend Chenot Palace Weggis hotel to? Anyone wanting to improve their health, de-stress and re-charge; anyone recovering from injury or looking to lose weight.
