Eco specialist andBeyond to open 14-suite lodge in Kenya next year
Sustainable ecotourism specialist andBeyond is to open a new lodge in Kenya. The brand has signed a multi-decade, long-term lease with the Suyian
Conservancy in Kenya in partnership with global conservation charity Space for Giants. The agreement gives andBeyond exclusive access to more than 44,000 acres of wilderness land in northwestern Laikipia. Slated to open in July 2025, andBeyond Suyian Lodge will feature 14 suites including a two-bedroom family suite and one triple suite, each with a private pool as well as an indoor and outdoor shower. The property will be the sole luxury lodge and tented camp operating in the conservancy. Guests will be able to explore the region in off-road vehicles and on walking, camel and horse-riding safaris, as well as take part in botany activities, interact with local tribes and participate in conservation and research programmes.

Minor Hotels is expanding its Anantara portfolio in the United Arab Emirates with a new resort and residence complex set to open in late 2027. The property is located on the coastline of the Arabian Gulf in Sharjah, a 30-minute drive from Dubai airport. Anantara Sharjah Resort (artist’s
