In the field of silos, ESAMETAL has been able to achieve the highest quality levels in both the design and production process for the benefit of its customers

ESAMETAL CANCREATE THREE DIFFERENT TYPES OF SILOS: ESA MONOLITH, ESA NESTING AND ESA BOLT. This variety establishes the company as the primary partner for installers, engineering offices and the final customer application fields: PVC, PET, PPT granules, dry bulk materials such as flours and sugar, carbonates and powders and cement.

ESA MONOLITH ESAMETAL have always paid particular attention to all phases of production. It works in a 500 m³ establishment which has two 25m high towers that are used in the production process, allowing great management with regard to the logistics and the finishing touches. ESAMETAL can build these monolithic silos in various dimensions, from 1.5 m diameter to a maximum of 5.5 m. The ESA MONOLITH SILOS can be isolated to permit the storage of particular materials which need a fixed temperature such as food: sugar or flour, used both for animals or people.

ESA NESTING ESAMETAL has made possible to combine silos (from two to a maximum of five), according to their size and weight, studying a method to unload the own silo on the building site. These silos are made to simplify and reduce transport costs by doing it in a single shipment.

ESA BOLT This type of silo has allowed ESAMETAL to complete its range of products, building different silos which are characterised by a huge aspect, useful for manufacturers or raw material users. The ESA BOLT Silos run up to 1.000 m³ in capacity. They can be used as substitutes for the silos that are built on construction sites with no temperature or logistics problems, lowering labour costs.

ESA MIX

ESAMIX conforms to all necessity standards for mixing related to the granule, minces, solid materials as well as colouring with the use of master and pigments. Its capacity ranges from 10 m3 to 100 m3. The cylindrical part of the silos can be made either in AISI304 or high- strength aluminium alloy.
