The business verticals most susceptible to phishing attacks have been highlighted in the 2020 Phishing Trends Report from Keepnet Labs. The Consulting (63%), Clothing and Accessories (48%) and Education (47%) sectors top the list, followed by Technology (40%) and Holdings/Conglomerates (32%). The study found that the operational departments most likely to click on fake links in phishing emails are Law/Audit/Internal Control (59%), and Procurement/ Administration (58%). |
