New Anderol High Temperature Food Grade Chain Lubricant

Anderol Specialty Lubricants, a Chemtura Company has been the leading, global innovator in the food processing industry for the last seventy years, having pioneered the first synthetic lubricants.

Anderol has recently introduced ANDEROL Chain Oil XL 220 FG, a new Food Grade Chain Lubricant which is an excellent lubricant for high temperature operations.

These lubricants are used in all industries

Until today, high temperature chain lubricants in food applications were limited to a-polar PAO’s or PAG’s. The new chemistry will meet demanding needs to prevent wear and minimise deposits with a natural detergency to maintain cleaner chains and less operational problems.

Besides the high temperature oxidation stability, the lubricant also provides an excellent lubricity. Furthermore due to its high flashpoint the lubricant provides safer circum- stances in respect to ignition and fire.

Advantages • High flash and fire point • Excellent anti-wear characteristics • Excellent thermal and oxidative stability

• Reduces chain and sprocket wear • Natural detergent • Exceptionally low deposit forming tendencies

• Keeps chains clean and prevents carbon residue build-up

Anderol is a global producer and marketer of specialty synthetic lubricants with a strong focus on gas displacement (compressors and vacuum pumps) and H1 food production lubricants. The company is credited with ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 21469, Kosher and Halal registrations on its food lubricant plant.
