Chevron Oronite completed the Construction of its new warehouse at Gonfreville l’Orcher, France
Chevron Oronite is pleased to announce the completion of its new warehouse at their Gonfreville l’Orcher plant in France. This state-of-the-art warehouse, which will store drums and intermediate bulk containers (IBCs), is automated and equipped with the latest advances in warehousing and logistics, while also meeting current environmental and safety regulations.
“The objective of this automated warehouse is to provide a fully digitalised experience for our customers, from a scheduled slot pick-up to the truck loadings.” explained Samuel Foutel, portfolio project manager, Manufacturing and Supply, Europe Africa Middle East, Chevron Oronite. Additionally, Olivier Clavaud, general manager of Manufacturing and Supply, Europe Africa Middle East, Chevron
Oronite continued, “Our goal is to ensure a seamless transition with no disruption to our customers’ business operations.”
The new warehouse is scheduled to become operational later this year once the testing phase is completed.
