Biodiversity at ROWE Visibly increasing the biodiversity of plants and insects on company premises during the course of the project for “Dare more for nature”. The measures which have been implemented to date include a deadwood hedge, insect hotels and nesting aids, natural meadows and other sustainable planting projects as well as a large pond.
In 2021, ROWE were awarded the “Worms Environmental Star” for this nature-oriented design. This is not an isolated event; we are continuing to explore additional opportunities to make their premises even more sustainable.
The company is committed to strengthening sustainability along the supply chain with constant reviews and optimisation from a sustainability perspective. They also run an assessment system to measure their suppliers’ sustainable credentials along with a ‘code of conduct’ for business partners.
Full range of products ROWE are increasingly concentrating on renewable lubricant formulation and production, with a range
of products that are based on renewable raw materials. With a growing range of applications ranging from Industrial, HGV, Agricultural and Automotive, these products can ensure that the lubrication systems in engines can be run in a sustainable and renewable manner.
Where renewable products are still to be developed, conventional products are available, all manufactured sustainably. They offer a comprehensive range of lubricants, coolants and associated fluids for on and off-road applications as well as marine, industrial and of course their racing products. The product range is covered by many OEM approvals and is being constantly developed to meet the requirements of their global marketplace.
Rowe were established in 1985 and now produce more than 1,400 products selling to more than 80 countries around the world from their base in Germany.
