formulations and lubricants that can positively impact current and evolving technology as well as electrification and a drive to a more sustainable future.
How do you balance work life with home life? Work life balance is always a tricky one, especially when you have children or other commitments. The COVID-19 pandemic has actually had a positive impact in terms of increased working from home and more flexibility within companies. I also think we have more awareness of mental health; I feel this has encouraged more people to check in on each other. Also, companies such as Lubrizol have invested in mental health first aiders.
What are your hobbies? I wish I could find more time in the day as I would love to do more walking, exploring the countryside, going out for nice meals and swimming!
Where do you like to holiday?
I like all holidays - Spending quality time with my family. I really enjoy somewhere warm and the beach.
What is your perfect weekend? My perfect weekend would be going on a spa weekend and having a lovely meal or if a weekend with the boys, I would like to head to a seaside town, play on the beach and enjoy fish and chips.
If you could meet anyone famous (dead or alive) who would that be and why? I would probably say Elvis Presley, although that would be because my partner loves his music, so I’d want to meet him and have him put on a show for us.
