Last year, PLI pledged 75% of its research and technology (R&T) investment towards innovations that help reduce CO² emissions. At the Geneva Motor Show, the company presented its active commitment towards this goal with several new initiatives such as the new and improved range of PETRONAS Syntium with CoolTech™ that now includes a first offering specifically for hybrid vehicles; a new range of driveline functional fluids under the PETRONAS Tutela brand; as well as ETRO+, a unique group 111+ base oil that enables sustainable mobility, and a cleaner future for everyone, was also presented.

The introduction of PETRONAS Iona and PLI’s ambitious stance on fluid solutions for EV, goes one step further in turning their pledge into reality. Together, these form a leading range of end-to-end solutions towards sustainable transportation for the future.
