With only a few weeks to go until the Easter weekend, sales of seasonally themed books are taking over the children’s charts. Paddington Bear is just one of several children’s characters in the Top 20 with Bluey, Peter Rabbit and Peppa Pig among others helping the bear to take Easter sales to 46,590 copies – 18.3% more than Sunrise on the Reaping. So far in 2025, Paddington’s Easter Egg Hunt has sold slightly more than 12,000 copies, but this number is expected to double by the end of April.
