Kinedo has appointed Nicola Lees to the position of business development manager. Lees has experience in the industry, having previously worked for City Plumbing Supplies, part of Travis Perkins Group, for five years as a senior account manager. Prior to that she was in the new-build plumbing contractors and house builders sector and was in sales for over a decade with some of the UK’s leading house builders. In her new role at Kinedo, she will be working with the specification market with regional house builders to help develop sales in the leisure sector as well as bathroom showrooms. She will be the first line of support for national and independent merchants for both the Saniflo and Kinedo brands.

ROB GOSLING


Rob Gosling has joined Amdea as head of technical, regulation and standards. He joins the company in a newly created role and will oversee the strategy and delivery plan for all Amdea’s technical, regulatory and standards work. Gosling was previously with Dyson, where he spent 14 years in various technical and engineering roles. At Amdea, Gosling will work alongside current technical manager Richard Hughes, who retires in July, to ensure a smooth transition. CEO Paul Hide said: “I firmly believe that Rob’s permanent addition to our team will help us continue the excellent progress we have made over the past year. I am confident we will continue to build a stronger and more effective Amdea.”

Franke has made six new appointments. Natasha Quick (pictured) and Steven Fowler (pictured) are its new business development managers. Quick has taken on the role for the North of England, while Fowler will look after the South of England. The brand’s customer care department has gained three new members, with Helen Armitt, Macarena Maldonado and Jill Harrison, who will make sure the team continues to support its network of kitchen retailers. Finally, Stephen Oneill-McDaid has been appointed as the new area sales manager for Scotland.

Masterclass Kitchens has taken on two new customer services coordinators. Justine Sysum (pictured left) and Victoria Davies will be involved with order processing and offering valuable telephone and e-mail support to Masterclass Kitchens customer base and retail network. Masterclass Kitchens’ commercial director Steve Tough said: “Justine and Victoria’s appointment has been perfect timing, as we are seeing an increase in our customer base and the growth in interest of consumers purchasing new kitchens.
