A brand of MTX, Wardpod has been developed to provide clients with a single source turnkey accommodation solution to meet the ever increasing space demands of NHS and private sector healthcare providers.
Currently modelled around a 25 bed facility, it has been designed to provide clients with a rapid alternative to a traditional construction solution. Working in conjunction with our architects, structural and MEP Engineers along with our building control advisers, we have collectively created a pre-designed and approved solution which is ready for deployment.

Procurement Programme
As the Wardpod is pre-designed and approved we are able to mobilise rapidly and provide the accommodation in minimal time and often in periods of just 12 weeks from date of order.
MTX have recently been awarded places on the prestigious NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) framework, the LHC Modular Buildings (MB1) framework and the Fusion21 Modular Buildings framework so procuring from MTX could not be easier. We are able to offer the Wardpod for either capital purchases or we can provide a bespoke finance solution either on or off the balance sheet matched to meet the clients’ business model.
