An audit trail, maintained for a minimum of 18 years, provides demonstrable evidence of competence checks made, and, where the self-service check-in service is used, site attendances.


Reset comprises three core components: Reset Company, Reset Individual Card, and Reset Access. The first provides a supplier profile, based on PAS91, containing relevant information about the organisation. The second, Reset Individual, allows the client to check an individual profile to ensure the cardholder has all the necessary qualifications and accreditation required, and is competent to undertake the work requested. ‘Informed decisions’ on contractors

Reset allows clients to check and verify competence at both company and individual worker level as the contractor is engaged, or it is being set to work. Self-service check-in systems allow contractors to log onto site, providing clients with a live view of ‘who, what, where, and when’ as regards the contractors present on site.
