To join the network of Institute mentors, training is required to ensure a consistent and professional approach, with session content covering contracting, relationship building, codes of conduct and boundary setting, Institute support and the MyIHEEM system. For those interested in becoming an IHEEM professional registration assessor, comprehensive training ensures the integrity of the registration process is maintained, with the full day training encompassing application assessment, registration scenarios and Engineering Council criteria, and identifying the most suitable grade and pathway for applicants.
