CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: IHEEM MEMBER OPPORTUNITIES
As part of its commitment to driving membership value and professional development, the Institute is pleased to announce a full schedule of free training opportunities exclusively for members across the UK throughout 2026.
Training Programme 2026
Delivered by highly experienced IHEEM members and healthcare professionals who have supported Institute initiatives at Committee, Council, and Presidential level, the IHEEM Training Programme for 2026 offers sessions in:
• Mentoring, as part of the IHEEM Mentor Scheme
• CPD Auditing
• IHEEM Membership and Professional Registration Reviewing
With sessions aligned with the Institute’s UK-wide events and networking calendar, members can take advantage
of combining conference attendance with focused training in the above areas the following day. All trainees can additionally benefit from free attendance to the associated conference, with accommodation and travel to the event also provided by the Institute. Dates and locations for sessions this year are as follows:
• 8 April IHEEM Mentor Training
(Follows the Innovation in Healthcare Conference – 7 April, Uttoxeter Racecourse, Staffordshire)
• 8 May IHEEM Mentor Training
(Follows the Wales Regional Conference
and Exhibition, 6-7 May, International Convention Centre, Newport)
• 8 July Professional Registration Review Training
(Follows the Authorising Engineers Conference, 7 July, Epsom Downs Racecourse, Surrey)
• 10 November IHEEM Mentor Training
(Follows the second day of the Scotland Regional Conference and Exhibition, 9/10 November, Sheraton Grand Hotel, Edinburgh)
