DRLC provide Authorising Engineers (AE’s) for Ventilation, Fire and Pressure Systems. We offer Premises Assurance Model (PAM) audits and pre-CQC inspection audits.


Our PAM and pre-CQC service enables NHS Trusts


to make informed decisions about the development of their estates and facilities. Our PAM audits help Trusts prioritise investment decisions in order to raise standards in the most advantageous way and provides a way of measuring compliance against legislation.


Our Fire Safety AE’s will carry out an audit of the


Fire Safety Risk Management strategy of your Trust and provide any recommendations for improvement.


Our Pressure Systems Engineers carry out audits of boiler plant, including assessing safe systems of work. We also assess your pressure systems management and supervision.


In addition to the AE Ventilation service we offer a Design Review service for projects which are implementing refurbishments to Air Handling Units (AHUs) or completely new installations of AHU’s.
