SINGLE-SERVE CAPSULES | EVENT PREVIEW

The second outing of the Single-Serve Capsules conference will be in Vienna this September. In this preview, we cover the speakers and the materials and technology innovations they will be presenting

Serving a fast-growth packaging market

AMI is holding the second European edition of its Single-Serve Capsules conference on 5-6 Septem- ber, in Vienna, Austria. The conference follows the highly successful launch event in Germany last year which had nearly 200 attendees from the whole value chain, with 70% of the capsules converting industry present and 20 capsules fillers. There was also a hugely popular, sold-out exhibition that ran alongside the conference. Single-Serve Capsules 2018 again brings together industry-elite speakers from key compa- nies with the aim of identifying opportunities and overcoming obstacles in the single-serve capsules industry. It provides a unique forum to debate and evaluate the global trends, innovations and chal- lenges facing the industry through the value chain of plastic and metal capsules. This includes capsule fillers, coffee roasters, capsule moulders, material suppliers, technology and machinery suppliers. In addition to the busy two-day program, Single
