COLD BREW APPLE CRISP LATTE

1 apple, sliced


¹/³ cup light brown sugar


¹/³ cup apple cider or juice 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp apple pie spice 2 cinnamon sticks


Ice cubes, as needed 2 cups Nature’s Promise® Cold Brew Coffee, divided 1 cup low-fat milk or plant-based milk, divided


STEP 1 To a small saucepan heated on low, add apple slices, brown sugar, apple cider, ¼ cup water, vanilla, apple pie spice, and cinnamon sticks. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Cover and simmer 15 min., until syrup starts to thicken. Remove from heat. STEP 2 Strain the syrup into a glass jar and let cool to room temperature. Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to use, or up to 1 week. STEP 3 To assemble, add 2–3 tbsp of apple crisp syrup (depending on sweetness preference) to each of 2 (12 oz) glasses along with ice cubes, 1 cup cold brew, and ½ cup milk. Stir to combine and serve immediately.
