This cream cheese has air beaten into it to make it lighter (fewer


calories per serving) and easier to spread than regular cream cheese. Use as a toast topper or as a dip for fresh fruit and veggies.


HOW TO CARVE A TURKEY Step 1: Remove any twine. Cut along the thigh joint to remove the drumstick and thigh in one piece on both sides.


Step 2: Slice along either side of the breastbone to remove each breast half in one piece.


Step 3: Cut and remove each turkey wing. Step 4: Separate the drumsticks from the thighs.


Step 5: Slice the breasts and thighs crosswise into ½-inch slices. Arrange on a platter with the other turkey pieces.
