Villaume Kal, age 50, started as CEO at Topigs Norsvin in March 2020. He succeeded


Martin Bijl. Before that, he was CEO of feed research agency


NIZO in the Dutch town of Ede for 3.5 years, but he wanted


to return to a larger company. Kal spent most of his working life, 18 years, at DSM where he was region director of


the anti biotics division and as business unit director in


the food specialties division. Between his DSM and NIZO periods, he ran Rousselot,


part of Darling Ingredients, which owns Rendac in the Netherlands.
