New Law in Washington State Seeks to Protect School Buses When 72-year-old Pasco School District bus driver Richard Lehnart was stabbed to death on his school bus in September 2021, it was not illegal to trespass


on board the bus. However, new legislation unanimously passed in the Senate and House, now enacted
