Coming up with solutions to our everyday problems can be downright trying. Perhaps just as irritating are the challenges we face when trying to ensure our solutions are implemented properly. Some problems really aren’t that troublesome once you know the secrets.

2:00 P.M. – 3:15 P.M. | Frisco 3 ¢When Drivers & Attendants Go Rogue Leadership & Collaboration Presenter: Fred Doelker Let’s consider preparing some defenses for when seemingly good team members decide to act (or overreact) entirely on their own and ignore the training you’ve carefully provided them. Think hard braking to teach kids to sit down, an off- route drive down a bumpy road at high speed or duct tape to reinforce the restraining power of safety vest. This session will cover strategies for up-front screening, defining and communicating reasonable expectations and then helping employees cope with frustrating issues that are not within their control.
