all 65+ service stations worldwide, enabling a far more customer- centric service model. In parallel, AI-enabled solutions are being developed to help service teams proactively engage customers at the moments that matter most. This platform—and the underlying technology—is unique in the industry and will significantly elevate the customer experience. While digital tools will continue to expand through 2026, the

human element remains essential. High-value and high-risk cargo categories—pharma, perishables, high-tech components, and sensitive materials—require expert oversight and nuanced judgment. AFKLMP Cargo’s approach ensures that

technology

amplifies human expertise, enabling specialists to make more informed, faster, and more accurate decisions. Operational agility is another key differentiator. Geopolitical

shifts demand rapid adjustments, and AFKLMP Cargo’s combination of a large network of local offices with an agile approach to full- freighter management provides the ability to deploy capacity where it is most needed. Since the COVID period, the company has significantly refined its full-freighter planning processes and strengthened collaboration with customers to ensure an optimal, demand-driven network. In addition, AFKLMP Cargo benefits from the strategic advantage of operating from two major cargo hubs in Europe, offering customers more choice and flexibility. Premium products remain a core pillar of the company’s strategy.

With a long history in this segment and highly specialised teams, infrastructure, cool-chain solutions, and premium cargo facilities, AFKLMP Cargo is committed to continued investment and leadership across premium categories. Sustainability will play an increasingly decisive role in procurement

decisions heading into 2026 as regulatory frameworks tighten and more customers integrate carbon objectives into their

logistics

strategies. AFKLMP was the first airline group to introduce a SAF programme in the airfreight industry. Last year, more than 100 partnerships were signed. Building on that, in 2026 an enhanced version of goSAF will be introduced, enabling customers to procure SAF at the shipment level. The planned fleet renewal for the full freighters will also have a considerable impact on the carbon footprint. It is a significant challenge and still a long journey ahead; however, together with industry partners, we must continue to collaborate and innovate to make meaningful impact. Looking ahead, AFKLMP Cargo’s long-term ambition is clear:

to be the most digitised, premium-focused and customer-centric airfreight group, with sustainability as a foundational enabler. Supported by a global network of more than 65 cargo stations, specialised capabilities in key premium segments and a people- first service culture, the company is well positioned to meet the evolving needs of the industries that will drive demand into 2026 and beyond.
