HYDRATION MADE EASY IN THE BOARDROOM
Providing refreshing beverages to hydrate staff and guests during meetings is an
important part of any facilities manager’s job and one that could be made easier with an efficient and sustainable drinking water system.
BRITA Vivreau is a global leader and innovator in the development and manufacture of filtered drinking water systems and prides itself on providing excellent customer service as well as stylish, time saving and environmentally- friendly products.
One particularly time-efficient solution is BRITA Vivreau’s ViTap Plus, which is ideal for an FM in charge of busy medium- sized offices with a number of meeting rooms. This innovative product dispenses mains-fed filtered chilled, still, sparkling and instant boiling hot water from one single tap with a touch sensor control and zero splash. It has also been designed to comfortably fit BRITA Vivreau’s reusable Designer glass bottles underneath.
Incorporating high performance ice bank refrigeration, the ViTap Plus is capable of delivering large quantities of chilled water per hour. The high-spec boiler also produces instant boiling hot water, which means that staff can spend less time hovering over the kettle and more time on important tasks. There is even an intelligent safety feature on the ViTap Plus that prevents boiling water from being dispensed by accident.
For the FM in charge of bigger offices that house several meeting rooms, BRITA Vivreau recommends the Table Water Bottling System, which dispenses unlimited quantities of filtered chilled, still and sparkling water in-house.
The Table Water Bottling System is sold or rented with BRITA Vivreau’s reusable Designer glass bottles. Clients can fill hundreds of bottles very quickly using this system, and having instant chilled water on tap will mean that any last-minute requests for meeting rooms can be dealt with quickly and easily.
Simon Eastlake, Developments Manager at Monument’s Office Space in Town, invested in seven ViTaps and three Table Water Bottling Systems along with 200 reusable Designer glass bottles. The systems serve 88 separate offices, 700 desks, 58 individual clients and 15 meeting rooms. Simon commented: “As a premium business, we really wanted a premium product for our clients. We looked at many drinking water system providers and the best option was BRITA Vivreau.”
The reusable Designer glass bottles are an ideal way to strengthen a brand where it matters most – in the boardroom, by displaying a logo and carbon footprint message on the bottle.
The bottles are conveniently available in two sizes. The 750ml bottles are perfectly suited to any boardroom set up in combination with a ViTap Plus or the Table Water Bottling System. For a more personal touch, BRITA Vivreau also offers 425ml bottles, which can be offered to each meeting guest to take away. The reusable Designer Twist bottles are another option, ideal for fruit infusions, which look fantastic on a boardroom table for summer meetings, branded with the

company logo. A specially designed bottle washing tray is also provided, which means that the bottles can be cleaned in the dishwasher, ready for their next use.
BRITA Vivreau’s systems have been designed to eradicate the need for transporting bottled water from around the world. The systems are plumbed into the existing water supply, before purifying and chilling the water for the operator to dispense into custom-branded reusable Designer glass bottles. Not only does this significantly reduce the ‘water miles’ associated with sourcing, but it also means that businesses can eradicate the amount of waste created by either plastic or glass bottles.
These two factors combined can significantly reduce an organisation’s carbon footprint, as well as taking away the time an FM might spend on ordering, taking deliveries and finding space to store pre-bottled water.
