start the de-icing process immediately, whereas rock salt is more slowly absorbed.
Salt must be spread three to four hours before the ground freezes. With liquid brine, you are empowered to act more quickly and deal with changeable weather conditions as little as 30 minutes before freezing point.
The future of gritter sprayers Plans for a drop-in unit to fit inside existing vehicles could change the game by allowing more people to operate sprayers at work.
Not everyone is able to tow larger items – many younger people have to take a separate test to drive vehicles towing up to 3.5 tonnes. This means much of the workforce cannot tow many sprayers currently on the market. The addition of a drop-in unit could overcome this limitation and allow many more drivers to use these sprayers and get ahead of the increasing challenges of winter.
